Join to apply for the Employee Relations Business Partner role at B&M RetailJoin to apply for the Employee Relations Business Partner role at B&M RetailDirect message the job poster from B&M RetailDue to our ongoing expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced field-based ER specialist to manage operational ER cases within our retail stores.You will be responsible for working with both retail colleagues and managers in 750 stores nationwide, providing Employee Relation support for complex cases face to face.We are looking for a model of best practise who can focus on de-escalating any HR issue to mitigate the need for a formal process. This role will act as the point of escalation for grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals and other more serious ER cases.The day to day role will:Be a point of escalation for sensitive ER issues, fostering an environment where conflicts are resolved informally. You’ll work closely with both managers and employees to guide conversations towards productive outcomeNavigate difficult employee relations issues, from conflict resolution to disciplinary matters, while maintaining a calm, solution-focused approachBe able to travel to multiple locations to support colleagues face to face in storeBalance multiple priorities ensuring a smooth solution to any ER caseTo be successful, you’ll have:Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a focus on employee relations and case management.
