About The Role Planning and teaching inspiring Maths lessons across Key Stages, tailored to individual learning needs. Supporting pupils in developing literacy, comprehension, and confidence in spoken and written communication. Providing constructive feedback to guide progress and celebrate achievement. Creating a positive, therapeutic learning environment where every child feels valued and safe. Working collaboratively with support staff and therapists to ensure holistic progress for each learner. Ideal Candidate Qualified – holding QTS or QTLS (essential). Experienced in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision settings. Passionate about supporting students who may have experienced barriers to learning. Empathetic and patient, with a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed practice.
