The Role We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Account Manager to work with our iconic brands. You’ll have experience in; Create and execute the influencer marketing strategy for our portfolio of clients, to include overall objectives, tactics, calendar of activities and budget creation/management. Research and recruit new talent for our client portfolio, covering all social platforms. Have an advanced understanding of Influencer Marketing throughout the marketing funnel, being able to competently create bespoke strategic approaches for awareness, consideration and conversion objectives Manage influencer partnerships, distinguishing between affiliate‑driven collaborations and PR‑focused engagements. Develop strong relationships with both our clients and our key content creators. Be able to manage relationships across a number of territories, supporting our global clients. Report the success of your campaigns to clients against an agreed set of KPI’s. Pro‑actively monitors client campaigns or project performance against agreed targets and highlight concerns to Senior Manager. Be aware of emerging trends that will affect the future of Affiliate and Partner Marketing and recommend strategies to address these. Communicates effectively with the clients through calls or meetings, answers client general queries, resolves some risk and proactively keeps the client informed. Ability to be confident, challenge clients and upsell if they are requiring a service above what we have agreed to deliver for them. Understands our Service Level Agreement and Statements of Work. What we are looking for; Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a busy workload, overseeing complex and multi‑service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks. Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be willing and able to go above and beyond for your clients, challenge yourself and take risks. An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience. The Application Process After receiving your CV, the process consists of an initial 30 minute telephone interview where we get to know each other better. We’ll also ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. If successful you’ll be given a role‑specific presentation to prepare for your second interview where you’ll be asked more technical questions relating to the role.
