What you'll bring to the team Ready to turn everyday moments into wild adventures as a Guest Experience Executive at Chessington World of Adventures Resort? At Chessington, adventurers do not simply enter a park, they step into a world where imagination roams free. We're searching for a Guest Experience Executive who can keep this world running smoothly, resolving challenges, guiding guests and helping every explorer leave with jaw dropping memories. What you will do Lead escalated guest resolutions, stepping in when things get tricky and steering situations towards satisfying outcomes. Act as the main link between the Resort and the Global Contact Centre, keeping communication clear and guest journeys seamless. Dive into guest feedback themes, working with teams across the Resort to craft action plans that genuinely improve the adventure. Support accessibility and guest services on site, guiding guests with additional needs and solving challenges in real time. Keep lines open with Global Ops, helping shape improvements to systems and processes that impact adventurers across the Resort. Champion safety by ensuring policies are followed, risks reported and incidents handled with precision. This is a full-time position based at Chessington World of Adventures Resort with flexibility required across weekdays, weekends, and peak seasons. Qualifications & Experience Experience in customer service or guest relations, ideally in a fast-paced environment where every decision counts. A sharp analytical mind that can read performance indicators, spot patterns and turn data into meaningful action. Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide guests, colleagues and stakeholders. Familiarity with ticketing systems or guest feedback tools is helpful, while knowledge of Accesso is even better. Calm under pressure, adaptable and ready to switch gears when adventurers need you most. Enhanced Excel understanding, and an understanding within reporting is preferred. A collaborative mindset, working with teams across the Resort to improve the experience for guests of every age and background. Detail focused, proactive and always thinking one step ahead.
