**Concierge/Front of House**

**The Company**

Lower Mill Apartments are looking for an enthusiastic concierge to join their team

Birchgrove residents enjoy an on-site restaurant, wellness & fitness suite, library and gardens. Plus access to a 24hr concierge and tailored care & support.

**The Person**

The ideal applicant should have:

- Flexibility to work over 7 days a week, 12hr shifts 8am -8pm.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with commitment to provide an excellent customer service and to providing high quality standards.

**CONCIERGE**
- To hold the phone and answer all emergency activations and assist by assisting or calling an ambulance as per training.
- To hold the site main phone at all time on shift.
- To answer the front door when appropriate and allow access where necessary.
- Be visual and support all residents.
- To assist the smooth move in of Residents and explain services and procedures.
- To assist in the Bar and Restaurant and serve refreshments.
- To oversee or assist Resident activities and events where necessary.
- Keep records in day books of daily events including maintenance issues, contractor visits and general overall site observations.
- Replenish refreshments in the communal area.
- Answer telephone enquiries internal and external and ensure that queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain the manual and computer filing systems and ensure they are kept up to date and archived regularly.
- Provide customer support to residents, their guests and visitors.
- Manage meeting room, guest suite bookings and catering. Providing refreshments and further assistance when required for both internal and external guests.
- Carry out daily, opening and closing duties.
- Sorting and dealing with incoming/outgoing courier deliveries/post. Send out post.
- Ensuring client facing areas are kept clean and tidy ie; meeting rooms & communal areas.
- Oversee booking for 3rd parties - Hairdresser, chiropodist, shopping trips.

**FOOD AND BEVERAGE(F&B)**
- Take orders as per set standard.
- Interact with Customers and pay genuine interest in their lives.

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ewell, KT17 2DQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
