The Netmatters TRUE Values approach encapsulates our belief that everyone has the right to be themselves and to be that person at work.What you should bringProven track record in Project Management/ Project Administration.Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines and required quality standardsStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailDynamic, enthusiastic & passionate to achieveExtra skills that would be greatExperience working with individuals to map out process flowsExperience working with developers or creatives in an agency setting or in-houseExperience working with either open-source or bespoke web systems.Familiarity with UX optimisationUnderstanding of digital marketingSome specifics of the roleReceive briefs from customers and ensure we have a clear understanding of their objectives so we can give the best technical advice on how to achieve them.Write Project Proposals and Estimates with input from the technical teamKeeping customers up to date throughout the project lifecycle.Management and prioritising of workload for a team of developersTesting work delivered against briefs for sign offMaintain ongoing account relationships to maximise future growth opportunitiesCreation of reports showing works completed, overall project health and future recommendations for considerationHours: 40 hours per weekLocation: Wymondham, Norfolk.
