**JOB PURPOSE**
The HR Shared Service Centre is a centralised team responsible for the transactional HR activities utilising various tools to on-board new hires and manage the full employee life cycle. This role in particular will have responsibility for providing on-siteHR Admin support in our Wymondham office.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the HR Ops mailbox to process and triage queries, escalating more complex issues to others in the Field HR team.
- Post jobs on recruitment web pages, social & print media and the appropriate recruitment agency as deemed necessary.
- Adding new starters to the HR system, issuing contracts, processing contractual change variations as required and leavers.
- Manage the data integrity of iTrent Position Management, ensuring the company structure is accurately configured in the system
- Ensure iTrent data is up to date and accurate
- General administration support to the HR teams
- Manage pre-employment checks, issuance of offer letters, employment contracts, etc
- Liaise with Payroll regarding employee remuneration and benefits in a timely manner
- Allocated projects as and when required
- Maintain HR records securely and confidentially
- Data inputting, processing documents, keeping records up to date
- Advise employees on HR policies and procedures
- Support managers and employees with Self-service issues
- Supporting the recruitment manager with the screening and allocating CV’s within the recruitment inbox
- Coordinating inductions, liaising with the Training Team and hiring Managers
- Drafting and responding to employee, tenancy, mortgage references.
- Collate and distribute weekly vacancy list
- Processing of invoices and supporting the administration of this process
- Adherence to General Data Protection regulations and the retention of HR data
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous HR and/or Recruitment Administration experience
- Experienced admin user of a HR system, preferably MHRiTrent
- Demonstrates good administration skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
- Displays initiative and creative thinking
- Enthusiastic with a positive approach to work with willingness to suggest improvements to existing HR processes
- Ability to travel and work from other sites as required
