Job Description As an HR Specialist, you will be part of our Global HR Delivery function, supporting the attraction, retention, development, and overall experience of our global talent. You will play a key role in driving day‑to‑day HR functions, implementing key HR strategies and acting as an employee champion across Norstella. You will be primarily responsible for day‑to‑day HR services, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee inquiries, learning and development, compliance reporting, and general employee support. The role requires understanding local labor laws, cultural nuances, and business practices. Responsibilities Onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, reporting needs, learning & development and general employee questions. Support the HR team with day‑to‑day HR tasks. Assist various initiatives across the HR Centers of Excellence. Maintain employee files and ensure all changes are entered appropriately. Serve as primary contact for HR‑related questions and tasks. Assist with implementation, communication and maintenance of all HR programs and policies. Manage non‑complex employee relation cases, researching relevant employment law and deciding when to create escalation. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth transition into the company and alignment with culture and values. Perform ad‑hoc work/special projects to support internal HR initiatives. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; HR experience preferred. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different cultures. Dependable, flexible and adaptable to new initiatives and needs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. Dedication to upholding high‑quality standards and customer‑service focus. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
