We're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing and Brand Content Executive who knows how to build campaigns that spark engagement and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities
As the Marketing and Brand Content Executive, you will:

* Excellent organisation and time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Plan, create and publish high-quality video reels aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives

* Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and more to maximise reach and engagement

* Edit videos and images to deliver polished, professional content

* Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for better engagement and ROI

Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:

* Excellent organisation and time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities

* Excellent verbal, written communication skills and a keen eye for detail

* Proven experience in social media marketing, includes strategy and execution

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva for image and video editing

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook

* Clean Driving License and car available to commute and travel

* Willingness to perform tasks as part of a small business outside typical job e.g., awards nights and trade shows.
