As a Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You’ll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry Strong leadership and people‑management skills Exceptional customer care/service experience Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail‑oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hold a Full UK driving licence.
