About the role:Start-date: 5th JanuaryOngoing/long-term with opportunity for permanent contractAs the Behaviour Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering whole-school behaviour strategies that are tailored to the needs of our SEN learners. You will lead on promoting a positive, inclusive, and trauma-informed culture by supporting staff with training, coaching, and guidance in areas such as de-escalation, positive behaviour support, and practices. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will monitor behaviour trends using data, implement targeted interventions, and liaise with families and external professionals to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to behaviour support.
