As a Peripatetic and Development Manager, you will step into services that need short term support, strengthen leadership, build capability and help ensure high quality, person centred care. What you’ll do Provide peripatetic management support where strong leadership is needed Mentor and develop new managers, both on site and remotely Lead quality improvement work and audit care planning systems Create and deliver training programmes focused on effective, outcome based care planning Contribute to new service developments and local initiatives Lead with Christian values, supporting worship and prayer in line with our mission What you’ll bring You will bring confident and adaptable leadership, with the ability to support teams through change and strengthen quality across multiple services. You will hold SVQ Level 4 or an equivalent social work or nursing qualification, along with assessor and verifier awards and experience in SVQ assessment. You will also bring strong IT skills, a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel and stay across Scotland at short notice. You will feel comfortable working within a Christian ethos and meet PVG requirements. Your communication skills, problem solving ability and commitment to high standards will be central to your success.
