This builds trust and confidence for both of you and gives reassurance to the families. You will be allocated the same client as often as possible to keep continuity for you both. In order to get to know each other and build a meaningful relationship, our visits are a minimum of 1 hour long; no rushed visits and with enough time scheduled to reach your next client. Job Description At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer: Competitive pay - from £13.50 to £15.00 per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates are double Minimum 1 hour calls – with client matching for continuity. Part time hours or guaranteed hours contracts – from 5, 10, 16+ hours part time to 36 hours guaranteed. Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and other opportunities to develop your career further, e.g. sponsoring your NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care Pension Scheme Paid Trainings - We offer fully paid training, from e-learning courses to in‑house workshops. Have a full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle so you can provide care to our clients in their own homes across our area. Have the Right To Work in the UK. Have a good grasp of the English language.
