OverviewAssociate CSA Project Manager - Data Centres Finland - in Country role at Arcadis. Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. The role involves delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in Finland. You can be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Finland.Role accountabilitiesPre-construction: Working with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget; supporting Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations; supporting contract negotiations; assisting the client and the Client’s team in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling of all Owner-direct vendors and consultantsConstruction: Managing the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground; Coordinating Value Engineering during the construction phase; Working with the Client’s commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and Tracking; Liaising with the Client’s schedule management team to provide Schedule monitoring, tracking and analysisClose out / Fit-up: Initiating close out process prior to project completion (typically two to three months in advance); Establishing close out documentation requirements with the Client’s document controller. Collect and track receipt of all close out documents until completion, including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc.; Assisting with City and/or other Authority final inspections and occupancy process; Assisting the Client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.Qualifications & ExperienceAn in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.Ability to manage technical disciplines.Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageousAbility to commit to significant international travelWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
