We are more than 36,000 people, in over 70 countries, dedicated to improving quality of life.Role description:We are looking for a Senior CSA Cost Consultant to join our growing CSA Commercial Management team. You will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. 50% of your time will be based on site in Norway or Finland - 1 week on 1 week from home rotationRole accountabilities:Deliver a number of small to medium cost projects and assignments or significant components of larger assignments, ensuring appropriate use of resources and budgets to deliver the required scope of work within set deadlinesProvide advice to colleagues on risk management, compliance and associated behaviours, to ensure adherence to Arcadis’ risk and compliance processesPresent any project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure the project is not adversely impactedAnalyse and review a range of data and documents to collate key themes and trends, using this analysis in conjunction with own knowledge to provide advice and make recommendations to support cost and commercial management decision-makingShare knowledge and provide insightful recommendations to assist service improvement and innovationInteract effectively and proactively across the organisation, building individual network & profile across the business, and applying technical knowledge to ensure projects/programmes can be delivered to meet cost expectationsProvide specialist technical advice to senior management on issues relating to CSA cost/commercial management, providing solutions and actively sharing knowledge in order to support successful deliveryQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant disciplinePrevious experience in a similar CSA Cost & Commercial roleIn depth technical knowledge, including construction processes and cost & commercial managementExperience of leading smaller projects and supporting on larger more complex projectsExperience completing commercial analysis and insightsExperience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationshipsExperience managing business relationships and supporting with middle management level activitiesArcadis is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
