The role In your new role as a Partner Recruiting Assistant, you will be providing administrative support on lateral partner and counsel hiring. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing initial drafts of correspondence for lateral partner and counsel candidates including confirming interviews. Liaising directly with candidates and/or headhunters, along with partners and colleagues. Maintaining candidate databases and trackers. Booking conference rooms and organising video link for interviews. What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience in an administrative / HR role in a corporate environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills. What do you get in return?
