Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated to parents. Act as Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintain a clean, secure environment. Ideal Candidate Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, preferably as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager or Practitioner.
