Working under the direction of the Head of Service, you'll play a key role in shaping high-quality, personalised services that make a real difference to people's lives.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively across health and social care systems, driving service improvement, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a designated area of adult social care practice, ensuring services are person-centred, compliant with legislation, and financially sustainable.Oversee joint delivery arrangements with other services and agencies, including integrated health and social care initiatives, safeguarding functions, and discharge planning, to ensure seamless support for residents.Direct and support operational teams, shaping strategy and driving continuous improvement across service areas.
