Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced, self-motivated, and hardworking individual who can work on their own initiative as a Service Advisor within our service department.You will be the key link between our factory-trained technicians and our customers, ensuring their experience with us is memorable for all the right reasons. Responsibilities include keeping customers informed while their vehicles are under our care, managing additional work, ensuring timescales are met, and maintaining composure under pressure. You will handle the entire customer experience from initial booking to showing where their vehicle is after service, including advising on routine and additional work, invoicing, and logistics.You should find it easy to liaise with people at all levels through face-to-face communication, over the phone, and via email. A good grasp of technology is required to work with various business systems, including manufacturer interfaces, while retaining a personal touch with customers.As part of Luscombe Motors, a multi-award-winning family-owned company, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We currently hold the Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and MG franchises at our Leeds site.
