Business Development Manager - German Speaking We are looking for a German‑speaking deal closer based in our London hub to strengthen a well‑established DACH market presence. The role is hybrid, with two days a week in a dog‑friendly office. It offers a competitive salary package, benefits and the opportunity to work with a trusted product used by leading tech, FMCG, finance, insurance and automotive clients. Pay & Benefits Appreciation of your skills and experience will determine the final offer. Base salary is up to £95k (100% OTE). Additional benefits include health coverage, pension, an L&D budget, a work‑from‑anywhere allowance and free food and drinks in the office. About the role Making communication with customers and colleagues more effective, comfortable and valuable is at the core of this position. You will build and maintain long‑term partnerships with senior decision makers in German, presenting, demonstrating value and closing six‑figure deals across enterprise and mid‑market segments. Experience selling to HR, L&D or education is a plus, but a track record of effectively selling in any sector will be considered. You must exhibit strong emotional intelligence, actively listen, adapt to prospects and converse fluently in German and English. Additional languages are welcomed. Responsibilities Prospect, qualify and close deals in the DACH market, targeting senior decision makers. Present and demonstrate product value to potential customers in German and English. Build and nurture long‑term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction and renewal. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales strategies with product roadmap. Report on sales metrics and performance to senior leadership. Qualifications Proven experience as a tech sales professional or Account Executive in the DACH market. Track record of closing six‑figure+ deals with enterprise or mid‑market clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English. Ability to thrive in a hybrid workplace and work remotely from home. Passion for learning and development, especially in education and HR/L&D. Seniority & Employment Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time.
