In the main, the postholder will be focusing on S38 & S278 case work, supporting solicitors in the team with pre and post completion work and any other tasks suitable for a paralegal. You must have experience in a professional office environment, excellent understanding, competent use of IT and Microsoft software applications, excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and the ability to work well with others. There will be an expectation that you attend the office with no notice required to meet the needs of the service as predominantly the role involves preparing physical legal documents for signing and sealing and managing them through to legal completion in addition to office team days as well as in person supervision meetings, Employee Development Reviews and wider team meetings.
