About the Role You will be working one-to-one with a child who needs consistency, encouragement, and a nurturing adult to help them shine. Working alongside the class teacher, SENCO, and therapists, you will support communication, social interaction, engagement in lessons, and daily routines. Every day will bring moments where your patience and positivity make a huge impact.
