Qualifications Experience in a catering or food service environment is desirable but not essential. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (Level 1 Food Safety Certificate is a plus). Strong teamwork and communication skills. A friendly, customer‑focused attitude. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organisation in a fast‑paced environment.
