We’re looking for a Technologist to work collaboratively with cross functional internal teams on all regulatory/ quality aspects of product lifecycle, ensuring all products are compliant in the global marketplace.You will be responsible for working with suppliers and external agencies in ensuring all testing and documentation is in place and key technical milestones are met within the product development timeline.What you’ll do:Support the Product Team in product development, offering technical advice where applicableWork cross functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate communication related to project plan and compliance to global regulations.Day-to-day interaction with global suppliers and compliance agencies to ensure all documentation is collated for cosmetic global compliance (formulation review, Artwork Review, Provisional CPSR, CPSR, CPNP, SCPN, MoCRA) within assigned timelinesManage PIF (cosmetic products), making sure it is compliance to the UK/ EU regulationsProvide (B2B) customers with the necessary documents to complete registration and product launch, including but not limited to protocol reviewSupport retailers and customer services on regulation/ formulation related queriesSupport investigations and stock control on quality issuesWhat you’ll have:Must be able to work under tight deadlines and prioritise workloadMust have an in depth understanding of cosmetic labelling requirements, including claim substantiationA good understanding of UK, EU, US cosmetics regulations, knowledge on other markets’ cosmetic regulation is a plus.Willing to learn, flexible to changesExceptional organisational skillsExceptional attention to detailGood communication skills & attitude with both internal and external customersConfidence in Microsoft Excel, experience with Smartsheet would be beneficialExperience managing documentation in a controlled environment, ideally within the cosmetics/personal care industryExperience in multiple product categories (e.g. cosmetic tools, accessories, electronics) is desirableQuality enquires and/or stock control experience would be a big advantage.A degree or equivalent in Cosmetic Science or any science diploma with experience in compliance/ regulation/ quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
