The ideal candidate will be confident in managing behaviour and able to provide tailored support to children with a range of additional needs.You will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that meets each child\'s individual needs. Patience, empathy, and consistency are essential to succeed in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport students with complex needs in their learning and daily routinesImplement behaviour management strategies effectively and calmlyAssist the teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessonsProvide 1:1 or small group support when requiredEncourage independence and social developmentRequirementsExperience working with SEND children, particularly those with complex needsStrong behaviour management skillsA patient, caring, and resilient approachAvailable full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:00 pm) #J-18808-Ljbffr
