The Team For my client, delivering excellent client and patient care is paramount, and they ensure our staff feel supported, valued, and able to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The progressive nursing team leads on imaging, lump removals, and stage 1 dental procedures, with multiple cert holders in exotics, anaesthesia, imaging, and dentistry. Out-of-hours services are outsourced to protect work-life balance, while inpatient care remains in-house. Weekend duties are shared fairly across the vet team. The various surgeries are accredited as Cat Friendly Clinics by the ISFM, ranging from Bronze to Gold. With Silver and Gold accredited Rabbit Friendly practices by the RWAF. You My client seeks a Veterinary Surgeon who not only has experience but also a passion for connecting with clients and providing high-quality, personalised care. You’ll handle routine consultations and surgeries, with ample support to explore your individual interests. RCVS registration with a minimum of 2 years post‑graduate experience in first opinion practice is required.
