Due to continuing expansion our client, an international service company, is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and proactive Sales Manager to lead the charge in driving revenue and margin growth, shaping company sales strategy, and setting a clear direction that empowers the team to succeed. As part of the senior management team, responsibilities will include. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance and IT to strengthen the sales journey, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. Lead the charge in driving revenue and margin growth, shaping company sales strategy, and setting a clear direction that empowers the team to succeed. Create the conditions for high performance – aligning the team with business goals and building a culture that supports development, motivation, and results. From onboarding new customers to retaining existing ones, you’ll ensure the team is equipped to deliver at every stage. Lead on competitor insight – using data to inform decisions, stay ahead of the market, and adapt strategies to keep us competitive. With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll spot opportunities to grow customer relationships, drive smart promotions, and inspire the team with incentives that fuel long-term success. As a successful candidate you will have experience inbound & outbound sales strategies and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, always display exceptional organisational and communication skills together with a professional approach to work. Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results. Market analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, enabling informed decision‑making. Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage as would a working knowledge of Excel and other MS packages. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. Market analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, enabling informed decision‑making.
