This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of their presence in the region within a highly respected Legal 500 firm.As a senior member of the team, you will handle a broad caseload of both commercial and civil litigation matters, and be actively involved in business development to support their strategic expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied and complex caseload of litigation matters, including:Shareholder and partnership disputesProperty litigationDebt recovery and enforcementProviding high-quality, commercially focused advice to clients across a range of sectorsTaking a lead role in client relationship management and service deliveryContributing to the firm’s business development efforts and helping to grow our client base in the West MidlandsSupporting and mentoring junior team members as requiredThe Ideal CandidateA qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ILEX) with a minimum of 8 years\' post-qualification experienceDemonstrable expertise across a broad range of commercial and civil litigation mattersA commercially-minded and technically strong Solicitor with the confidence to manage your own caseload independentlyExcellent client care, negotiation, and communication skillsA proactive approach to business development and building long-term client relationshipsStrong commitment to high standards of service and professional excellenceWhat We OfferA senior-level role within a Legal 500-recognised firmOpportunity to make a genuine impact in shaping the future of our Dudley officeSupportive, collaborative working environment with clear opportunities for progressionCompetitive salary and benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
