**Employment Solicitor**

Well established, Lexcel accredited practice seeks experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team. This position is offered on a hybrid working basis, giving you the benefits of both office and home working.

You will assume conduct of a varied and stimulating caseload of employment matters acting for both claimants and respondents. The work will involve working closely with your clients and provide strategic and tactical advice on a range of employment issues.

You will deal with contentious matters arising from unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, and TUPE and draft key documentation such as directors’ service agreements, staff handbooks, policies, consultancy agreements, post-termination restrictivecovenants and settlement agreements.

This position would be ideally suited to an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE and excellent client facing skills.
