Legal Recruitment Specialist for South West & WalesLocation: Bath - office basedOverviewWe are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our busy Private Client Disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in contentious probate work, supporting solicitors on a varied caseload of complex and sensitive estate disputes.The firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment, encouraging personal development and progression within its specialist teams.ResponsibilitiesAct as a key first point of contact for new clients, handling enquiries, gathering information, and conducting initial screening.Support solicitors with case preparation, including legal research, document collation, and drafting correspondence and court bundles.Assist with compliance and onboarding processes such as ID checks, AML procedures, and engagement documentation.Liaise with counsel’s clerks and prepare briefs, instructions, and hearing materials.Attend court hearings where appropriate to take detailed notes and assist counsel.Contribute to team and firm marketing through drafting blogs, articles, and social media content.About YouPrior experience in litigation, private client work, or contentious probate is desirable but not essential.Genuine interest in contentious probate and a desire to progress into a fee‑earning role.Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients, often in sensitive or emotionally charged circumstances.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft 365 and comfortable using legal technology and case management systems.If you’re an ambitious Paralegal seeking to develop your career in a supportive and progressive environment, apply today or contact me for a confidential discussion.E: Samanta.rimicane@simpsonjudge.co.ukP: 07879490799 #J-18808-Ljbffr
