We’re looking to add a passionate and tenacious Business Development Executive to the Napton Cidery On Trade Team. This role will have responsibility for growing the Napton brand across the Midlands, covering all On Trade channels.Growth will primarily be achieved by delivering new business targets, with set KPI’s. As part of the Napton On Trade Team, you will be required to win market share by developing winning relationships with existing customers, winning new draught stockists and become a true brand champion for Napton Cidery in the Midlands.This role is about growing distribution, sales and customer relationships across our heartland. We dream big, put nature first, and believe anything is possibleAbout Napton CideryNapton Cidery was set up in 2015 (it was our 10th birthday this year) by Jolyon & Charlotte Oliver. From humble roots Napton Cider is now available on draught in 60+ On Trade venues across the Midlands and is available nationwide via Ocado & The National Trust.Napton Cidery is the UKs only British B Corp accredited cider brand. Our recent re-brand named ‘Crafted By Nature’ focuses on supporting nature and biodiversity to thrive across the UK. We have an ambitious 5 year growth plan to make Napton Cidery ‘Locally Loved and Nationally Recognised’ across both the On Trade & Off Trade channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSecuring permanent draught listings Napton Cider in new & existing customers across a defined geography in The Midlands.Identifying the best opportunities to create partnerships and grow Napton cider sales with new and existing customers, both individual sites and Multiple Retail Groups.Building winning relationships with customers to discover mutual wins.Activating marketing/ customer brand plans centred around the ‘Locally Loved’ strategic pillar.As a small team, be prepared to tackle tasks away from the day job when required.As a member of the Napton Team, be a real team player, lead by example and share best practiceExperience2+ years experience working in Hospitality or sales led role outside of HospitalityExperience working with On Trade customers is desirable but not essentialRole CompetenciesA passion for cider/ premium/ environmentally conscious brands and a clear understanding of what makes these brands successfulHard working, goal orientated and the confidence to work autonomouslySelf-motivated, with an entrepreneurial approach and solutions based, ‘can-do’ attitudeAn excellent relationship builder, possess good communication (written & verbal) skillsCommercial awareness with good numerical and logical reasoning skillsExcellent time management with the ability to multi- task, prioritise and plan effectivelyOther DetailsLocation – Midlands (HQ in Napton, Warwickshire)Flexible Working - Approximately one evening per month requiredType – Permanent (option for 4 day weeks available)Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
