KS1 Teaching Assistants/MSAs (1:1) – Full-time, temporary ongoing positions starting as soon as possibleWe are seeking two committed KS1 Teaching Assistants/MSAs to provide 1:1 support in a nurturing and inclusive school environment. The school fosters a culture of respect, inclusion, and high expectations for all.Duties as KS1 Teaching Assistant/MSA:
Provide 1:1 support to pupils in Key Stage 1
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
Help manage behaviour and promote emotional regulation strategies
Support pupils during lunch and break times as a Midday Supervisor Assistant
Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress
Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environmentIdeal KS1 Teaching Assistant/MSA:
Experience working with children in Key Stage 1
Understanding of behaviour management and emotional support strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals
Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting pupils
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
