What you’ll be doing Collaborating with leaders, teams, and residents to understand challenges and identify opportunities for positive change. Co‑designing creative, inclusive interventions that support cultural and behavioural shifts across the organisation. Supporting individuals and teams to build the confidence and capability needed to embrace new ways of working. Ensuring all change activity is grounded in insight, inclusion, and impact. We’re looking for someone who brings professional credibility and experience across organisational development and transformation. You’ll be confident navigating complexity, building strong relationships, and influencing at all levels. You’ll care deeply about inclusion and wellbeing, and you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to help shape a public service culture that supports both colleagues and communities to thrive.
