We are currently seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated team at Medivet Gatley.The whole clinic has been recently refurbished so has a clean, warm and welcoming feel, with an abundance of natural light which is a rarity in the vet world Well worth a visitThe clinic is a well-established, community-focused veterinary practice dedicated to providing top-quality care to our beloved animal patients. That’s the care for our patients, our clients and for each other – we really want to make a positive difference through every interaction we have.In this role you will:Consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients.Support with surgeries and procedures, completing all pre and post procedure activity.Carry out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities.Deliver patient monitoring and care.Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.Complete patient transfers to out of hours or enhanced care.Dispense and check medication.Deliver professional excellence, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards.Hold briefings to engage and co-ordinate your team to support the most effective running of the practice.Your Skills and ExperienceRCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.Experience of delivering exceptional patient and client care.Experienced in working effectively as part of a team.Experience of supporting Nurse consults, with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency.Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague. #J-18808-Ljbffr
