Join our journey. It starts with you. Healthcare Account Manager – Your Role Execute the Group Trading Strategy at the local level through Key Account Management. Deliver key initiatives and support local insight to inform Group Strategy. Run National Campaigns locally to maximise return on investment. Key Account Management Manage relationships with referrers, increase revenue by value‑adding visits, and ensure that Nuffield Health’s Connected Health proposition and clinical capabilities are understood. Build productive multi‑level relationships with Referrers, Clinicians, Practice Managers and other key influencers. Achieve the annual revenue plan for your allocated areas. Conduct research and analysis to inform proposals. Identify opportunities in Acute Trusts, low‑volume referrers, etc., and act to maximise revenue. Apply consultative selling skills within the Nuffield Sales Framework. Implement robust methods and tools for consumer segmentation. Set GP sales targets using external and internal datasets. Relationship Management / Engagement with Consultants and Third Parties Support the consultant account management programme to grow hospital business and help consultants expand their practices. Maintain relationships and profile with the local corporate community using the New Business Development and Corporate teams. Develop local PR strategies in line with national PR and Communications Manager to maximise impact. PR and Marketing Support local marketing plans for new facilities or service lines – engaging schools, business parks, employers, medico‑legal firms, etc. Lead communication programmes with primary care, especially the GP community, to promote insured, self‑pay and NHS business. Sales Develop and manage a primary care engagement plan targeting NHS teams, CCGs, GPs, practice managers and allied health staff. Maintain the contact database through CRM. Assist Director and NHS Relations/NSM/Corporate Affairs teams with relationships to CCG commissioners and trust planners. Customer Journey Support a seamless local referral process from primary care to hospitals. Consolidate feedback with the line manager to inform process re‑engineering and business change plans. Day‑to‑Day Operations Manage GP CRM, ensuring input compliance with SOPs. Deliver Salesforce standards and maintain reporting compliance. Maintain 100% staff competence compliance and mandatory training timelines for direct reports. One Nuffield Articulate Nuffield Health values, purpose and Connected Health vision.
