General Practitioner – NHS (The Leys Health Centre) The Leys Health Centre is looking for a dynamic GP to provide primary medical care for a growing list of patients. The practice serves a deprived population with low health literacy and poor health outcomes. We work within a PCN of three practices and provide direct patient care on behalf of the practices. Key Responsibilities Providing primary medical care to a list of patients per session, including clinical and administrative care. Each session consists of 13 appointments or equivalent. Providing effective triage using Accurx on a prorata basis depending on the number of sessions a GP works. Working closely with our PCN clinical and non‑clinical team. Working in a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications and Experience Registered General Practitioner. Current UK professional registration. Disclosure and Barring Service Check required. Salary and Working Pattern Salary: £12,313.39 a session. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Full‑time, Part‑time. Location The Leys Health Centre, Dunnock Way, Oxford, OX4 7EX.
