Move with us for a better worldYour RoleThe opportunity has arisen for an experienced and competent full-time Credit Collection Specialist to join Danica and the team in our Bracknell UK Head Office (please note this role is 100% on-site).The role involves managing your own complex ledger, chasing payments, maintaining up-to-date CRM information and maintaining strong customer relations. SAP experience highly is desirable, it is not an essential pre-requisite if you are curious, systems savvy and experienced with ERP systems.We work with a wide variety of customer and industry types, alongside offering a variety of payment and leasing options. The complexity of this alongside working on a segment specific ledger would suit a candidate with very high attention to detail, strong relationship building, strong investigative/problem solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude. You will be pro-active and have a structured and methodical approach to payment/overdue recovery.
