What you’ll do As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you’ll join our DevOps team at an exciting stage of growth. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll help support and deliver our software platforms, ensuring releases are smooth, automated and scalable. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and monitoring CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Executing automation scripts (primarily PowerShell) and troubleshooting when issues arise. Assisting with deployments to Azure and the Power Platform, working closely with senior team members. Helping onboard new customers and supporting environment management. Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes. Learning best practices and taking on more responsibility as your confidence grows. What we’re looking for You’ll be someone who enjoys collaborating, thinking logically, and getting into the details of how things work. Around 1–2 years’ experience in DevOps. A basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). Some scripting ability – ideally PowerShell, but Bash or Python works too. Exposure to or interest in Azure or another cloud platform. Awareness of how software is developed, tested and released. A solution-focused mindset and strong critical-thinking skills to analyse and resolve challenges. A curious, proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn.
