We are looking for a Network Product and Service Owner to join our community of tech experts. Requirements Proven experience and knowledge of Product ownership and Product management in an IT environment. Track record of developing effective relationships with key stakeholders and working collaboratively with colleagues across multi-functional teams. Demonstrated experience of effectively communicating at different levels across a range of stakeholders using a variety of methods including digital, written and verbal, and translating a technical problem into language that all stakeholders can understand. Demonstrable experience of analysing and interpreting complex data and/or technical information, using sound judgement to recommend considered approaches to improve situations and give explanations to colleagues, stakeholders and customers using the most appropriate method of communication to simplify and ensure understanding. Proven experience of working under pressure, effectively managing multiple pieces of work and ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner. Demonstrated working experience and knowledge of IT Service Management and the ability to undertake standard IT service management duties such as incident, problem and change management, plus managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). What you’ll do You’ll help keep our networks stable, secure and performing at their best. That means working with engineers, suppliers and stakeholders to resolve complex network issues quickly, prevent outages before they happen and ensure seamless connectivity across our infrastructure. You’ll dive into everything from troubleshooting WAN/LAN performance and analysing network telemetry to managing configuration changes and driving service improvements. You’ll also play a big part in shaping the future of our network products, supporting new technologies such as SD‑WAN and cloud integrations and ensuring we stay ahead of security vulnerabilities and performance challenges. This is a role for someone who loves problem solving, thrives on technical detail and wants to make a real impact on enterprise‑scale infrastructure.
