Senior AV Manager Join to apply for the Senior AV Manager role at dentsu. The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day-to-day basis. This is to ensure that their teams deliver plans that achieve client objectives while balancing agency trading objectives. Amplifi is dentsu’s media investment and innovation platform supporting agencies and clients with tools and expertise to drive smarter media decisions. Role You will join a friendly and collaborative AV community with the expectation of delivering best-in-class AV planning & buying client servicing, commercial delivery, and media owner relationships. As an AV Senior Manager, your responsibilities & areas of accountability cover: AV Campaign Planning: Provide best-in-class implementation and innovative AV media solutions in response to client briefs. Campaign delivery assurances: Ensure AV activity across Linear, VOD, Cinema and Audio is delivered to value and contractual guarantees. Buying Excellence: Demonstrate consistent rigour and accuracy throughout the AV buying process to deliver high quality campaigns. Investment Support: Provide support in tracking client investment through forecasting tools and as part of the AV buying process, demonstrating commercial acumen. Performance Analysis: Generate reports and insightful analysis on delivery and effectiveness of campaigns. Financial Accuracy: Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate billing of client campaigns on a monthly basis. Industry Trends: Keep up with AV media trends, have an opinion, and proactively share updates internally and with wider stakeholders. Excellent Communication: Forge positive relationships through strong communication with internal teams, media partners and clients. Training Excellence: Engage proactively with all relevant training schemes including TV Masters, Media Maths and presentation training. What You Bring Experience in TV, VOD, Cinema, CTV and Audio planning and/or buying. Experience training new starters. Mature & proactive approach to people & workloads. Owning strong media owner relationships. Ability to ensure 100% accurate output across AV processes. Clear understanding of the AV marketplace and new opportunities. Clear understanding of the role of AV on media plans. Excellent communication & problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. IT literate. Strong presentation abilities. Strong numeracy and literacy skills, literate in MS.
