This HR Officer position will see you providing generalist guidance and support to departments. Whilst in this role you will work in a truly beautiful setting and be part of one of Cambridge's most prestigious organisations.Based in central Cambridge, this part-time opportunity offers 22.5 hours per week, across 3 or 4 days, and £22,085 per annum (£38,009 FTE).The Role:Provide first line HR supportMaintain HR records and update sickness and other absences on to the HRISHR Administration - issuing contracts of employment, data reportingManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including producing job packs, advertising vacancies, and coordinating interviews and carry out DBS and compliance checksManage Visa sponsorshipParticipate in ER meetings to ensure accurate note takingThe Person:Previous generalist HR experience is essential across recruitment, employee development, guidance and support, and training - Ideally with a CIPD L5 qualification or hands-on experienceAn individual who has previously worked in higher education is desirableGood sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures, along with Employment LawA HR professional who is hardworking, self-sufficient, enthusiastic, and resilient.If you are looking for an environment where you can be creative and really make your mark, then this would be perfect for youApply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
