Role Overview The Burgess Hill Academy is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Library and Literacy Support Assistant to join the team. The Library and Literacy Support Assistant will be responsible for managing, developing and promoting the Academy Learning Resource Centre as an effective source for learning and a cross‑curricular whole‑Academy resource. They will also teach literacy and reading skills across the Academy, including 1:1 and small group work, guided reading activities, managing the accelerated reader system and working as a Learning Support Assistant in some KS3 English lessons.
