Greater London, United Kingdom Isomorphic Labs Full time

Isomorphic Labs (IsoLabs) is applying frontier AI to unlock deeper scientific insights, accelerate drug discovery, and develop life‑changing medicines. Launched in 2021 on the foundation of the Nobel‑winning AlphaFold system, our interdisciplinary team of machine learning specialists and drug discovery experts build powerful predictive and generative models that accelerate scientific discovery at digital speed. What You Will Do Support the senior Program Management Team in the day‑to‑day execution of technical programs. Take ownership of recurring technical meetings and forums, compiling agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow‑through to maintain momentum on key projects. Assist with the procurement and lifecycle management of third‑party software and services, including coordinating vendor contracts, managing renewals, and leading the rollout of new tools with training and support for our teams. Work alongside senior Technical Program Managers to support large‑scale infrastructure and research projects, helping to track progress, identify roadblocks, and maintain project documentation. Serve as a key point of contact for ongoing technical operational activities, troubleshooting issues and ensuring our engineering and research teams have what they need. Assist in preparing and distributing status updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and operational health. Help identify opportunities to improve ways of working, tools, or processes, and potentially lead small‑scale projects to implement these improvements. As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to lead smaller, well‑defined technical projects under the guidance of senior team members. Skills and Qualifications Essential 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, team administration, or a related role within a technology, research, or engineering environment. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently in technical discussions. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a genuine desire to help teams operate more effectively. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, technical operations, or working in an agile environment. Experience supporting teams in fast‑paced, constantly changing environments – ideally in a start‑up. A quick learner with a passion for technology and its application to scientific problems. Nice to Have Familiarity with project management tools. Understanding of machine learning principles. Previous experience in a life sciences, biotech, or research‑focused organisation. Culture and Values We are guided by shared values that foster curiosity, creativity, care, fearlessness, initiative, integrity, confidence, urgency, and collaboration. These values shape how we work together and drive impact on real people worldwide. Hybrid Working We follow a hybrid model and would require you to be able to come into the office three days a week (currently Tuesday, Wednesday, and one other day depending on your team). If you have additional needs that would prevent you from following this approach, we can discuss accommodations during the screening process. Equal Opportunity Employment We are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding) or any other basis protected by applicable law. If you have a disability or additional need that requires accommodation, please let us know. #J-18808-Ljbffr
