Overview The Rheumatology department at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals offers a highly specialised primary and tertiary care service for lupus, vasculitis and other connective tissue diseases. This part‑time Senior Clinical Fellow role allows you to contribute across both sites. Key Responsibilities Attend 5 outpatient rheumatology clinics per week. Provide occasional ward cover for rheumatology and lupus patients at St Thomas' Hospital and cross‑cover with the specialist registrar team at Guy's. Participate in musculoskeletal ultrasound clinical work. Engage in lupus research and clinical trials (arranged in advance). Take part in the postgraduate education programme – twice‑monthly departmental meetings and regional specialist trainee training days. Assist with out‑of‑hours cover for medicine at St Thomas' Hospital as needed (additional payment). Qualifications & Requirements Valid medical registration and experience in rheumatology preferred. Experience or interest in lupus and related connective tissue diseases. Ability to contribute to research and clinical trials. Commitment to ongoing education and CESR pathway support.
