Job Summary Responsible for leading the Regional Products team and driving mid-term sales growth and ensuring strategic alignment across the region. Key Accountabilities Define long-term vision and mid-term business plans for assigned product categories by analyzing markets and customers, setting winning strategies, and identifying necessary resources (people, products, investments) to drive growth. Develop and execute annual plans including marketing initiatives and organizational improvements to achieve targets for sales, profit, expense ratio, market share, etc. while monitoring progress and ensuring timely adjustments. Act as the primary representative for assigned product categories to external stakeholders, strengthening customer relationships and enhancing brand presence. Build and lead a high-performing team by developing talent, fostering engagement, and ensuring effective governance and compliance with Japan HQ and Regional HQ standards through clear communication and process alignment. Key Job Requirements Business management: Able to apply strategic thinking, manage financial performance, execute projects effectively, and mitigate risks to ensure sustainable business growth. People management: Able to lead and inspire teams, develop talent, communicate clearly, and optimize organizational structures to build high-performing, engaged teams. Extensive experience in large-format printing (signage, textile, photo) and industrial inkjet printing (labels and textiles), with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role. Experience with digital production workflows across various printing genres is an advantage. Preferably has prior experience working in a multinational company environment.
