Graduate Project Manager (Energy) - London - 2026 Join Stantec as a Graduate Project Manager in our Energy team based in London, part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. Your Role You will work alongside Senior Project Managers and Technical Leaders to understand project requirements and support them through monitoring progress, forecasting, and budgeting. You will be involved in complex projects from day one, including transmission and distribution (substations, overhead lines, cables), hydro power, pumped storage, conventional and advanced thermal power generation, recycling systems, and mining. Our firm provides design services across all project lifecycle stages from concept and FEED to detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, refurbishment, and optimisation. Role Responsibilities Team and client meetings Financial updates and reporting Progress reporting Health & Safety management (RMS1 forms) Scheduling and budgeting Collaboration with electrical and civil engineers About You Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Project/Business Management or Engineering and a keen interest in the Energy sector. Be an eager learner – pursue knowledge to anticipate outcomes. Be a collaborator – work effectively across diverse teams. Graduates are expected to work in the office four days a week to ensure sufficient team support.
