Healthcare is one of the largest service lines and contributors to Ipsos success, with a wide variety of continuous (tracking) and ad‑hoc work, from primary research to Real World Evidence, Consultancy, amongst others, and covering multiple methodologies. Role Project Management sits at the forefront of what we do at Ipsos – spearheading new and better ways of working across the organisation. As a Graduate Project Executive, you will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, thrown straight into working on live projects. Gain exposure to a variety of clients and research approaches whilst working alongside experienced project managers Work on a wide range of research projects Oversee the end‑to‑end project life cycle, from costing, working through timelines, supporting on set up, quality control, and project financial management Learn key project management skills including commercial and financial responsibilities Focus on the day‑to‑day management of project actions, briefing and liaising with external and internal partners, monitoring progress against sample quotas, analysing fieldwork for errors or unexpected abnormalities, managing timings, and troubleshooting Support in the management of all compliance, pharmacovigilance and industry requirements, also observing contractual agreement with clients Ensure client satisfaction and always represent Ipsos in a professional and ethical manner About You An analytical and problem‑solving mindset, focused on not only interpreting data but also understanding the “why” behind insights and processes Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively An interest in planning and delivering Healthcare projects, working with different sectors within the industry, healthcare professionals, decision makers, patients and other stakeholders Commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset, with a genuine passion in understanding client needs and delivering impactful, value‑driven solutions A curiosity for the world around us, our work and learning agility that fosters exploration of new ideas and openness to understanding changing trends Creativity and innovation to think outside the box and bring fresh, impactful ideas to life Embraces collaboration and teamwork, working effectively with others and valuing diverse perspectives to build on colleagues’ strengths Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in every task A focus on self‑awareness and a growth mindset, driven to succeed and make a real impact, with a willingness to reflect, learn, and grow An aptitude for leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance research and insights, in line with Ipsos’ standards and policies Along with The unrestricted right to work in the UK Why Ipsos Launch your career with our 12‑month Global Generation Ipsos Graduate Programme.
