These flexible roles involve supporting our dedicated childcare team on an as‑needed basis, primarily to cover staff holidays and absences. What You’ll Do Support the day‑to‑day running of our vibrant childcare rooms Deliver high‑quality learning experiences for children aged 0‑5 Step in to cover staff absences and holidays Bring creativity, energy, and a sense of fun to every session Are You the One We’re Looking For? Sing out of tune with confidence in a room full of giggling children? Be a pirate on Monday and a doctor on Tuesday? Dive into messy play with enthusiasm? If you said yes, we want to hear from you What You’ll Need A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification At least 2 years of post‑qualification experience Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit Please refer to the full job description for further details about the role. Salary and Benefits Our bank workers hourly rate is between £12.36 - £12.51 (dependent on qualifications, hourly rate includes holiday pay).
