You will develop and deliver an outstanding online customer experience across our B2B websites that supports the varying commercial needs of our business and ensures good customer outcomes.What you'll be doing:Building and updating digital content using Episerver CMS following brand guidelines to support appropriate commercial targetsDeveloping verbal and written briefs from Marketing and PR colleagues into appropriate content to support their activities and objectivesProactively working with the Marketing and Optimisation teams to deliver great website journeys, content, and experiencesWriting, producing, and updating relevant digital marketing material, content pages and optimising the siteEnsuring that appropriate tracking is in place on any content createdDeveloping, monitoring, and reporting on content engagement and success metrics, feeding results into marketing strategy and the formulation of campaignsEnsuring that all content created adheres to our relevant policies and procedures and is within our risk ‘appetite’. Manage it through our strict compliance and approvals workflowContributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace cultureQualificationsWho we're looking for:Strategic and creative thinker with excellent attention to detail with strong written English skills – able to spot spelling and punctuation errorsSEO, UX and journey optimisation knowledge and application of best practiceBasic Photoshop skills for resizing imagesGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects to tight timescales whilst keeping stakeholders updated on statusAppropriate standards, legislation, web best practices usability & research techniquesAble to adapt to and work with change, in a fast-growing division and marketing functionSignificant hands-on experience using a CMS to build webpages. Episerver experience advantageousPrior experience using an analytics package, especially Adobe Analytics, would be helpfulPrevious relevant experience working in Financial ServicesExperience working with agile processes and deliveryGood knowledge and experience of campaign planning, management and evaluation and experience of working with a brand and to brand guidelines.Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
