This nurturing and inclusive school supports children and young people with autism spectrum condition (ASC), ADHD, and complex learning needs. With a strong focus on communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing, the school provides a personalised curriculum in a calm and structured environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Autism Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a natural affinity with children and a genuine desire to make a difference. While direct school experience is not essential, we welcome applicants with backgrounds in care work, support roles, youth services, psychology, or any role where you have supported vulnerable individuals. So if you have transferable skills from roles in education, healthcare, or social services, we'd love to hear from you.
